Suspensory fixation—adjustable loop
To accommodate preference, the ProCinch implant comes in two options. The ProCinch Standard Tension (ST) is designed to tension through the AM portal, and the ProCinch Reverse Tension (RT) is designed to tension through the lateral femoral cortex.
- ProCinch is loaded with both a lead and flip suture to help ensure that the button has fully flipped on the cortex. It is also loaded with a speed shuttle to help keep all of the sutures organized when pulling through the tibial and femoral tunnels.
